What is Polypropylene?
Polypropylene is a truly versatile material. It was first produced back in 1954 in Spain and went into commercial production in 1957.
Polypropylene Properties
Polypropylene, or Polyprop as it is often called, can be produced as both a plastic and a fibre. It can be semi-rigid, translucent, has a good chemical resistance, it's tough, has good fatigue resistance, can incorporate integral hinges and has good heat resistance.
No wonder it was hailed as a Super-Product!
It can be produced in a huge variety of colours meaning you are only limited by your imagination and it can be over printed with the design you want.
Structures
Being semi rigid, polyprop can be formed into an almost limitless array of structures. In the past, we have been given some real challenges by our clients but we have always come through! Our experience of tooling, and the fact we create our own tools on site, means we can work with you to achieve the desired effect.
